Really, America?...

The Price

" Silence becomes cowardice when occasion demands speaking out the whole truth and acting accordingly"-Mohandas Ghandi, 07 April 1946

So many people in this country are tired of the way things have been going, yet so few are speaking out. Here is an example; Over 75% of the population of the U.S. claims to be Christian, but there are more Muslim organizations in this nation who are actively participating in political activities.

Homosexuals are characters on 13 weekly television programs, debates are held weekly on whether or not to allow homosexuals in the military, congress and our courts are constantly debating the right of homosexuals to marry, while only about 7% of the U.S. claims to be homosexual.

We are about to escalate the war in Iraq, while surveys and polls have shown that 71% of Americans oppose continuation of our efforts there.

Illegal immigration has cost billions in social services and lost jobs, while debates are being held discussing whether or not to find an approach to the problem or to continue to ignore it.

This country was founded on certain democratic principles, two of which are Majority Rule and Minority Right.

The general idea is that the majority runs things while the minority doesn't get stepped on or violated. This idea has mutated into a nationwide "apologist" approach to being a member of the majority. I will not apologize for being a member of working-class America. We should not allow our basic rights a s citizens of the greatest nation on Earth to be violated because some jack-ass from Berkely doesn't believe in God. We should feel OK about wishing those we meet at the mall a "Merry Christmas". I feel perfectly normal living in a community without any married gay couples. I feel it is my patriotic duty to treat illegal immigrants like they don't belong here. I feel it is my duty as a father to scare the hell out of the crack dealer at the gas station every chance I get. I will, as a soldier and defender of the Constitution, fight any and all Arab or Islamic influence on America.

These are the basic reasons why I started this little diatribe-based blog. There are many out there who agree with my words, but how many of you are afraid to take action or get involved? How long have we just "let things slide"? How long will we allow it to continue? We do not have to agree about everything, but we do have to commit to some sort of unity if we wish to continue living the American Dream.

Out of respect for all who have sacrificed in the name of these United States, we must raise a unified voice to get back what was our birthright.

Otherwise, every American soldier who ever fell died for nothing, and the Constitution is just a piece of paper in a museum.

OK, look. I love you man, but you have got to let go of this whole white supremicist thing. These guys all have wonderful arguments and everything, but the bottom line is that they refuse to take any credit for the problems at hand. David Lane is just like Muhammed or Joseph Smith, he will preach you into doing his bidding, but he won't be out there on the front lines fighting the battles. Don't you see that the Nazis and Muslims are much the same? I'm not talking about the Jewish aspect either, but the similarities in doctrine, approach, and primitive methods. We cannot approach our problem from the fringes, but rather the mainstream Americans, Black or White or whatever, must come together as a NATION.

when was the last time you heard a black man talk about these issues. a black man who is not a soldier. when was the last time you heard a hispanic talk about these issues. when was the last time, oh wait i am right again.

let me get you right here, you want all americans to act like us, yet again tell me why they dont. how about a post on race issues dealing with the differences of opinions between races,,, and just maybe you can get some interaction.

start at the root and lets work from there.

but muslims suck ass because of their religion and beliefs.

i agree on that

When was the last time you hung out with any blacks or hispanics? How do you know what they are discussing?

What you call a racial issue, I see as an environmental one. If you or I had grown up in Compton or the lower ninth ward, we would be assholes too. There are problems in Black America, just like there is a Crystal Meth problem in White America. Part of the problem is this obsession with seperation and diversity. If we were able to spread "American" values and ideals in our schools, then maybe we could have prevented some of the current problems. There are no European Americans, or African Americans, or Mexican Americans. There are Americans, or not.

That's right, WE are Americans! If we don't hang together we will hang separately.
