I have failed to rant about another piece of the immigration problem.
Human beings are being enslaved in this country on a daily basis, due largely to the fact that people who are here illegaly are afraid to go to athourities when their basic human rights have been violated. Spousal abusers have started seeking out illegal immigrants because they won't report beatings and other abuses. Sweat shop owners are charging tens of thousands of dollars to smuggle people across the border and then taking the debt out in work hours, prostitution, and other forms of indentured servitude. Many people are contracting work to illegals, then when the job gets done and the bill comes due, they are calling immigration and having the work-force deported.
This is America, people, we're better than that.
The global economy is supposedly our problem. OK, I've already addressed that (see Free Money). What about Global Morality? Are we going to start treating people in America like thay do in Cambodia or Honduras?
Immigration can be productive, if controlled. This large influx of illegals has stirred something up in America. We are allowing ourselves as a population to be influenced, and not in a good way.
We need to stop this now. We must secure our borders and put real pressure on Mexico and Central America to educate and industrialize now. If we're going to equalize the standard of living, lets bring our neighbors up. If things go on the way they have been, we'll all end up in the gutter.

I read a news article on something that disturbs me relating to this. Chinese immigrants being shipped in containers from Hong Kong, spend three months sealed in them and land on American soil to be herded into sweat shops making t-shirts, forced into prostitution, basically working off their fare from China, which runs an average seven grand. When one of these containers is found by security forces, the Chinese government refuses to take the illegal immigrants back. id like to know where these people end up if they come here illegally, but their country refuses them.
Ahh, Immigrants, don't you just love em? In our politicaly correct society they actually have more rights than we do. They can damn sure get in to the country easier. Go on a vacation down to a border town and walk across to mexico. Then come back. You will be questioned about your passport, made to pay a fee, etc..... When it is obvious you are an american. They, on the other hand, mexicans will be walking across in droves, freely. Hell the border guards usually know them by name. Silly, huh? We have to provide them health care, the Supreme court says schools cannot deny public education to illegals just because they are illegal. Hello, they're parents aren't paying taxes or contributing in any way to the school systems and they are breaking a well established law. That should be a requirement to take advantage of public schools. Contributing to them. States are prohibited from denying illegals welfare as well. INS is a joke. Border security is a joke. Its going to take us losing houston to a dirty bomb before our government will wake up and do something about this rampent problem. So what do we do? Take the fucking place over. If you can't beat em invade em. Isn't that what they say. The US is an empire anyway, lets expand it. Then the only southern border we will have to worry about will be the small one around panama. Much easier to secure. We can industrialize the place, increase the standard of living. Hell, enacting the US minimum wage down there will probably keep most of them put. Do away with the corrupt police, take advantage of their exports, the benefits are limitless. It would be a great place to vacation in about 20 yrs. The insurgence of Americans in Mexico may incourage them to learn a little english as well. We need a reverse invasion. Show em how its done. Its a nice thought isn't it. We could take em over in a couple of months. Hell most of them wouldn't even fight it. All the mexicans want to live up here anyway. So just make up here down there.
