Abortion

Ok, here we go...

Abortion isn't right. It is legal. What does that say about our culture (or lack thereof)?

Abortion isn't a matter of a woman's right to do with her body as she pleases. Abortion is a matter of convenience.

If we claim that an unborn baby is as disposable as a plastic soda bottle , how can we expect anyone to accept that we are just, or moral, or even human?

I certainly don't know.

If you disagree, here is your opportunity to convince me.

I'm with you, Bulldog. Be back later.

Who is going to give all these unwanted babies homes. Who is going to love them feed them take them to church teach them right from wrong send them to college....and on and on and on. Really now does anyone ever bring that question up when the abortion issue is on the table?

The same people who insist that unwanted babies should be killed are usually on the other side when it comes to unwanted dogs & puppies. Maybe we need a spay/neuter program for humans who want sex without responsibility?

Don't come to me with that crap. If you are going to post a comment, please try not to regurgitate something your Sociology 1 professor told you once right between English Comp 1 and your date with Johnny "I'll be there for you".

This is the same kind of touchy-feely crap that the anti-death penalty bunch spews. Understand me-YOUR ARGUMENT MAKES NO SENSE OUTSIDE OF THE CONTEXT OF A CLASSROOM.

Whether you want to have a kid or not, the adult, responsible thing to do is to raise the child once you get pregnant. Oh, gosh, Mr. Bulldog, sir, that might be hard. Oh, God, I could end up, like, poor or something.

You think that it is all right to kill an unborn child, so it won't ever be mistreated? Does that mean that you believe that drug addicts with children should go ahead and off them, just to prevent the kids from turning into assholes?

A word of advice-Your twelve hours of college education don't make a drop in the bucket of wisdom that a little cause and effect learning could give you. If you are willing to steal, you are willing (whether you admit it or not) to go to jail. If you are willing to have sex, you are willing to have a child. Abortion removes accountability from the equation. The removal of accountability has caused a convenience based lifestyle in America, which has caused all sorts of new and improved Bullshit, like the comment you just posted.

One more thing, dumbass.

I have learned as much about life and love from my kids as from any other source.

That cannot be replaced by a career,an education, or a few more years with a hot body.

one of my best friends and his wife are unable to have children, (he by the way was adopted)and there are millions of couples who suffer through the same thing every day. they want to adopt children, to love cherish, support, and give all that they can to kids they consider their own. don't use that copout. as for the other guy, he's right. i met this chick down here in austin who is a vegan, because killing animals to eat is wrong, but she herself is pro choice. that kind of sense does that make?
